What we work towards

Awareness, dignity and support for people and families affected by cancer in South Africa. Established in 2021 following Princess Nakedi’s breast-cancer experience, the foundation brings lived experience into community care.

Ways to contribute

• Workplace or community cancer-awareness activities.
• Support for wig drives and practical community outreach.
• Professional skills, appropriate goods or help with events.

Activities depend on current priorities, location and programme capacity. Discuss needs before purchasing goods or promising services.

What to agree together

Objectives and beneficiaries; the contribution and budget; roles and timing; consent and brand permissions; records, updates and reporting; and the person responsible on each side.

Due diligence and receipts

Request current registration documents, approval letters and available reports. Confirm Section 18A approval and donation eligibility before relying on a tax deduction. An acknowledgement is not automatically a tax receipt.
